Times: 2 sessions per day with an optional evening session. Evening activities, a day of sightseeing and an optional White Water Rafting Trip.

Level/Age Group: Intermediate to Advanced

Cost (and what it includes): $750.00 which includes camp, home stay, meals and NWFC scheduled evening activities. A nonrefundable $75.00 deposit is required. White water Raft trip is optional and an additional $85.00.

Housing information: A limited amount of housing is available with NWFC families . Housing is based on a first-come first serve basis, based on date of receipt of registration form and deposit.

Times:  Two Sessions with an optional evening bouting session

Housing information: A limited amount of housing is available with NWFC families. Housing is provided on a first come first serve basis, based on date of receipt of registration form and deposit. 

Camp Description: Fencers from all over the World (France, Canada, Switzerland, China) and our Men's National Epee team will be attending this years camp.  Camp objective is to provide a superior fencing environment with an emphasis on competitive bouting (both team Individual) and technical and tactical skills. Athletes will be grouped by skill level and will receive both group and individual instruction.  Camp will also have a day of sight seeing and evening activities (such as paintball, movie night, game night.) Camp end with the River Run Open followed the next day by an optional white water rafting trip down the White Salmon River.

 Learn to fence in a fun, active environment. Warm-up games focus on speed, agility, footwork and coordination. Often called physical chess fencing teaches creative problem solving, focus, self-confidence, perserverance, good sportsmanship and a host of wonderful life skills. Saber is a fun, exciting martial art!  Camp tournament on the last day.

For the intermediate - advanced fencer. Warm-up games focus on speed, agility, footwork and coordination. Advanced drills for bladework, tactics and technique. Footwork exercises for fluidity, reaction, tempo and timing. Developmental exercises, decision making exercise, reaction exercises. Video analysis of World Cup events.  Camp tournament on the last day.
