Tax-Exempt Program for Divisions & Sections

USA Fencng has been granted a Group Tax Exempt determination letter by the IRS.

The IRS permits USA Fencing to add Divisions or Sections to its Group Exemption annually in April.

Attached to this page you will find a packet of materials which are vital to this application.  Please read the Contents of this Packet for a complete list of materials that must be returned.  

The deadline for this application for the 2010-2011 season is April 1, 2011.  All materials must be returned to the National Office by that date in order for your Division or Section to be considered for inclusion in the Group Exemption. 

Detailed instructions are included for each form.  Please read carefully, complete and return all required materials.
