- In addition to USFA Membership, ALL fencers are now required to show a birth certificate or other government-issued identification with a birth date before they fence in their first competition of the tournament.
- USFA qualifying uniforms are required.
- Masks, lames, and electric cords will be inspected and marked for compliance
- USFA sets registration fees and deadlines as follows:

$40 Registration and $30 per event
From January 9, 2010 through January 15, 2010
$130 Registration and $90 per event
From January 16, 2010 until the day of the event

• Youth 10 event 1999-2002
• Youth 12 event 1997-2000, or on Youth 10 NRP List
• Youth 14 event 1995-1998, or on Youth 12 NRP List
One round of 5-touch/3 minute bout pools. 100% advance to direct elimination rounds. For Y14, direct elimination bouts are 15 touch/9 minute bouts. For Y10-Y12, direct elimination bouts are 2 of 3 5-touch bouts.
