Description: Held in the popular Hightstown - East Windsor community, Sankofa Sabre Camp focuses exclusively on advancing the skills of its participants in sabre fencing. The program provides individualized instruction, tactical group classes, supervised round-robin fencing, video analysis, sports specific meditation techniques and conditioning combined with a unique opportunity to enjoy many of the activities associated with the area including: planned trips to the beach and Great Adventure amusement park. Designed to jump-start your fencing season technically, tactically and physically, the camp's staff also includes a professional trainer and a Pilates instructor to enhance an athletes physical preparation for the season.
