Written notification of withdrawal by e-mail, fax or mail must be received by the USFA by Monday, November 15, 2010 for a refund of event fees. Withdrawal information can be emailed to information@usfencing.org or Amanda.ward@usfencing.org. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after November 15th. Post marks do not count, they must be in the office on November 15th. Refunds are processed 4-6 weeks after the tournament.
