If you entered more than one indivdiual event and your name and/or event is not on the list, please email Amanda or Amy with your name and event that does not appear in the subject line of the email.
Confirmed entries list is updated every Friday after 5pm MT. Please refer to your Membership Profile for entry status.

If your team is listed as "incomplete", please email Tanya with your Club/Team name and event in the subject line of the email.
National Tournament confirmation letters and athlete packets are no longer being mailed by the National Office. If you registered for the tournament via fax or mail you must have the stamped fax back (page three) as your proof the entry was received. If you registered for the tournament via online registration the confirmation email is your proof the entry was received. The stamped fax back and confirmation email do not guarantee eligibility.
Please confirm that your name appears on the Confirmed Entrant List for each event you registered for. This is proof your entry was received and you are eligible for the event. If your name is not on the list or you are not registered for the correct events please email info@usfencing.org. The Confirmed Entrant list for each National Tournament is updated weekly and you can access each list by clicking the appropriate link below. Print and read the athlete packet for each tournament you plan to attend.

Note for Veteran Team Entries
When submitting an entry for Veteran Team event, please provide a name for your team. This will allow tracking the team through the entry process and seeding of the team event.

For registration accuracy, speed and environmentally-conscious reasons, U.S. Fencing will soon be moving exclusively to the online registration systems above. We strongly encourage the use of these systems for future tournaments. However, we understand that special cases do arise and therefore have entry forms available.
